Strongly contribute to achieve the Switzerland Budget, maintain a top 8 perfumes ranking & upgrade the Brand Perception.
• Ensure the right level of profitability by retailers (P&L)

• Implement & follow up of a sell-out analysis cockpit, analyse & recommend the right level of profitability by retailers, so as to highlight key insights and fine-tune the retailer’s strategy

• Recommend and develop a successful Marketing Plan :
o Implement & coordinate all national activities : animations, window campaigns, trade publications, (including free of charge, training, incentives…)
o Evaluate trade activities & analyse profitability
o Follow up of marketing budget & prepare accountable for monthly marketing support budget updates together with monthly accruals.

• Liaise with key retailers and flagship store to strengthen the brand visibility while maximizing retailers activation and identifying opportunities:
o Coordinate the clients’ presentations & activities
o Develop tactical Beauty Advisor’s incentive programs

• Follow-up of the new Interior Design Fixtures development & implement the right visibility on the point of sale
o From brief to installation & maintenance and update fixtures

• Evaluate, review and report on the Marketing activities and new launches to prepare local strategic recommendation. Identify and prepare the sale tools supporting launches for sales team.


Qualifications / Professional capabilities
• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent education
• At least 3 years marketing experience in the Swiss Market in Luxury/Perfume products
• Fluent in German (mandatory), Swiss-German (an advantage), Fluent in French & English
• Good knowledge of MS-office, particularly in power point and excel and knowledge of SAP (an advantage)
