Reporting to our Perfume Operations Director, you are in charge of managing the quality strategy (Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Development Quality) and ensure its correct deployment all along the product life cycle. Managing with passion a team of 4 collaborators, you develop the 5 main Key Success Factors of the Quality department as Anticipation, Monitoring, Reaction, Improvement and Capitalization. You are a key contact for all our suppliers and manufacturing sites.


Collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners, you are the reference for the quality of execution of new products developments and assess the risk (member of the FMECA process).You are responsible for the implementation of the best-in-class industrialization protocols aiming at reaching the expected quality standards in a long-term approach.

In collaboration with our Purchasing team, you monitor the supplier portfolio in terms of Quality, Social Environmental and GMP’s performances through the organization of audits and their corrective actions plans. You manage non-conformity cases, taking into consideration external and internal business constraints.

In parallel, you manage a customer centric Quality department, by capitalizing information on the products directly from your contacts in the market. You are in charge of quality KPI and ensure their reporting.

Finally, you manage the Quality Perfume department by coaching them, setting up and communicating job expectations.


You have a degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a Quality management position with a strong business understanding and sensitivity to products.

You have a previous exposure to the cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food industry with good knowledge of all kind of material, packaging, and filling processes.

Fluent in Italian, you have very good communication skills in English and in French.

You are also flexible and mobile for 15% to 20% business travel mostly in Europe.

Driven for results and operational excellence, you are capable of leading various operational files in parallel while keeping a global vision on the projects with a continuous improvement approach.

Customer oriented, you have the ability to communicate, negotiate, and build-up trust at all level in a multi-cultural environment.
